“There’s nothing more necessary for a home than setting twelve plates on the table. It tells you that everything is fine, that there’s plenty for everyone.”
The Zoon Etruscan table setting draws inspiration from Etruscan artifacts and consists of white porcelain stoneware plates, blue extra clear sandblasted crystal glasses and jugs, and brass cutlery.
Various animals inspired by Etruscan paintings decorate the bottom of the plates. The glasses and jugs stand out for their essential design – based on the simplicity of a cylinder – and neutral colors. The cutlery recalls Etruscan artifacts and features thin handles.
